1. Purpose of the Contract
These terms and conditions govern the booking of vacation rental services offered by RENTAL OLE SL through our booking platform and other online sales channels.
2. Booking Process
Accommodation reservations are made using the booking form available on our partner platforms, which details the dates, conditions, prices, and applicable policies. The reservation will be effective upon confirmation of payment or card pre-authorization.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
The total price of the reservation includes all items indicated in the published offer, such as accommodation, additional services included, and applicable taxes.
Payment can be made by bank card, including virtual cards provided by online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Booking or Expedia, through the secure Redsys payment gateway integrated into our CrossBooking booking manager.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the contracted rate and are specified at the time of booking.
For non-refundable rates, no refunds are permitted.
For flexible rates, the customer may cancel free of charge within the indicated period. After this period, the specified penalties will apply.
5. Return and Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation within the permitted period or in duly justified exceptional situations, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used. The refund period will depend on the customer's bank.
6. Payment Security
All payments are made through a secure payment gateway provided by Redsys, which guarantees the confidentiality and security of bank details through encryption and enhanced authentication protocols.
7. Reservation Modification
Any modification is subject to availability and may imply a change in price. Modifications must be requested in writing through our official contact.
8. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the contracting of services, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's domicile.
